Installing an Operating System via DCI

Go to Main menu → Servers
Select the server you wish to install an OS on. Click All Operations — select "Install OS from template"
Select the Operating System you would like to install, and install Without Script.
Click “Generate” to create a Server Admin Password. If you are using a Linux system, the default login will be “root”. If you are using Windows, the default user account will be “Administrator”. Be sure to store your password in a safe place.
Enter your hostname.
Click “Install” and your installation will begin. You can monitor the installation status via the DCI homepage. You can also check to see if the installation failed or was terminated by the user by accessing “Server Status”.
