Ordering a virtual dedicated server (VDS)

• Head to our virtual dedicated server page and purchase whichever server you're interested in.

Your server should immediately become available in your client area. Check your emails for access credentials.

Ordering a custom dedicated server

• Create an account on our website,
• Create a ticket in our portal, message us in live chat or create a ticket in our Discord.
• Provide the machine you're interested in, the location and the email of the account you just created.
• A member of our team will get back to you with an invoice.

The standard lead time for a custom machine is 1-4 weeks, you can always ask our team if it's different at the time of purchase.
