If you'd like to order a server from us, the process is very simple!

Ordering an instant deployment server

• Head to our instant deployment page and purchase which ever server you're interested in.

You're done! It's that simple. Your server should immediately become available in your client area.

Ordering a custom dedicated server

• Create an account on our website,
• Create a ticket in our portal, message us in live chat or create a ticket in our Discord.
• Provide the machine you're interested in, the location and the email of the account you just created.
• A member of our team will get back to you with an invoice.

The standard lead time for a custom machine is 8-12 weeks, you can always ask our team if it's different at the time of purchase.
