Unable to log into IPMI

In the event you are attempting to access IPMI and do not know the credentials, try this:

Step 1: Once logged into DCI, click on the service to expand for more details, under BMC, IPMIv2 click on Go To



Step 2:
1. Click in the username field, find the Login button located at the upper left corner, and click it. This will import the username in the text field.
2. Repeat for the password field, click on the Password button to populate the password in the password text field.
3. Click on Login


If you have logged in successfully, you do not have to do anything else.

In the scenario the text fields do not get populated by clicking any buttons in the upper left corner, you will have to open a ticket > here < and request your systems administrator to create a BMC user account.
