Do you offer refunds
In an event where you are unsatisfied with our services, Tempest Hosting LLC promise to refund any payments that took place 48 hours or shorter before the refund request in form of an account credit. However, Tempest Hosting LLC reserves the right to deny a refund if any of the scenarios have occurred:
Breaking another rule in our ToS document.
Outgoing DDoS attacks.
Hosting Illegal content or participating in attacks on our network.
Any action we deem unfit to occur under our network at our discretion.
