Applying a packet ratelimiter
To apply a rate-limiter to your server first you must direct yourself to the firewall manager as previously shown in Setting up edge firewall rules once you do this you will view a tab listed as
"Ratelimiters" click on this button to create a ratelimiter

Via this pop-up you are able to apply a packet per second limitation as well as a comment to associate it with a service, once this is done direct yourself back to the "Rules" tab.
Click on "New Rule" then configure as shown below for your specific use case
Please note that you must create a "Whitelist" rule for the specific port that you are attempting to ratelimit beforehand.
